Rhodes University Administrative Registration 2022 – 2023 – See Details Below:
Administrative registration takes place on the concourse in Eden Grove, and is open from Monday 13 January to Friday 7 February from 09h00 to 16h00 and on Saturday 8 February until 12h00.
In order to register administratively you need:
- South African Students
a) Initial Fee clearance – all students
b) South African ID Book or Driver’s Licence
- International Students
a) Passport with a study visa valid for the whole year
b) Proof of medical aid cover, offered or recognised by the University
a) First-year students: Curriculum approval for first year students takes place at the end of the Orientation week on Friday 7 February 2021.
b) Returning Students (Undergraduate and post-graduate)
If you submitted the reply form timeously and have been pre-registered you may be able to miss this process. Your administrative registration certificate will indicate if you are required to attend curriculum approval or not.
Please check your administrative registration certificate carefully – do not just presume that you can skip curriculum approval. If you are cleared for curriculum approval and require no further changes you will not need to go.
